Welcome

As a woman in my 40s, with over 15 years of nutritional research and applied nutrition experience resulting in more than 50 published papers into the wellness arena. I have always been active and enjoyed the feeling of being fit, yet as age creeps up motivation to exercise decreases and results for the same training are less. Using my knowledge and experience allows me to minimize the effects of aging and associated hormonal changes of peri-menopause.

I am  driven and passionate about guiding other women through the challenges of perimenopause. For those of you who are frustrated with the results your getting at the gym, feel like you’ve been hit by a bus, too tired all the time yet struggling to sleep, I’m here to be your support system.

Our online group coaching and educational platform go beyond diet and activity – it's about holistic well-being during this transitional phase. As real struggles require real solutions, and together, let's embrace the journey of transformation and wellness. Because, yes, the struggles are real, and can last a LONG time for some they last 7+ years, but you're not alone on this path to improving your health and life.
